Access is through your account on the website and training app after you join. Recordings are not sent as an emailed Zoom password.
Who VOD is for
Choose VOD if the live Israel-time schedule does not fit — another timezone, travel, or a week you cannot sit in Zoom. If you can attend Sunday or Tuesday, the live Zoom classes are the main product: a coach in the room, real-time feedback, then a replay of the class you attended.
